Fave 4: Piccolo from Dragon Ball

Catching the 4th episode of DBZ on TV when I was a kid was a world changing event for me. I didn't know things could look like that. People take Toriyama for granted now but his style is so unique, even today. I was blown away and got into drawing. Piccolo might still be my favorite character ever.

Got this funky looking Piccolo figurine. Reminds me of a bootleg Goku I had when I was a child before I even knew what a Dragon Ball was.

today my neighbors kids (8 and 5) asked me to draw "baby kung fu goku" & while they colored it, i drew something for me 8yo said "oh it's your favorite piccolo!" 5yo said "ew i don't like pickles" and then colored it for me
