Yesterday I subbed for @eventthorizon.bsky.social in Tristrike Tuesday and we made it all the way to gold bracket! "Duck Horizon" went 6-1 in games in pools and while we did get knocked out in our first set of gold, it was incredibly close. This was my first time playing pro in YEARS! So fun!

#Riptide Day 3 Final day and personally it was alot more chill for me. After cheering on @pjackkchallenge.bsky.social I had to head home for work the next day. I really wish I could have stayed longer, but things just worked out better if I left early. Will 100% be staying all day at my next lan.

#Riptide Day 2 Redemption was super fun and incredibly tough. Yellow Jackets was a great team coming off the momentum of winning on stream. Then down to losers, Snom w/ Knife was a super good team. First 2 games were one sided but we really brought in back the last 2, just didn't clutch it up.

#Riptide Day 1 Today was insane! 🤯Watching/supporting my friends in their games! The marketplace was nice. 🎨And it was cool to talk to new people and attach some faces to people I knew online. But most of all, my team went 2-1 in pools and we're moving on to redemption for a chance at Top 32!!!🎇🎆🎇

Legit none of the weapons I play got touched in the patch. Not a single weapon in the comps we have planned for Riptide got changed. I'm glad there were no nerfs but still funny

I'm so excited for Riptide. This will be my first time going and I'm super pumped to play! Kinda had a moment today in SoloQ where the game "zoomed out", like I had greater awareness of what was happening and what I needed to do. Didn't think that was still possible for me. Pretty interesting
