Ours just arrived today (US Customs always takes a while), and these are amazing! The floral notes are divine, just need to find the right tea to pair with them! We’re already getting our next order together.

Tonight has been fun and eventful. Had an amazing dinner, proposed, he said yes, and now celebrating at the bar with friends. Not a bad start to the weekend.

And it’s snowing here now. Yay!

Busy but fun day out and about with the hubby today. Went to a local yarn shop first (got an amazing hank of chunky orange yarn for a scarf and my first set of cable-needles), flavored tea at a local shop, Italian for a late lunch (half the calzone and Stromboli will be dinner), and now haircuts.

And the holiday was too short. On the way back to work, full day today, half day Friday. Almost doesn’t seem worth it this week, but…

New Year’s Day and playing with a Christmas gift. Last year, dad got us a Solo Stove, which was great. This year, he got us the pizza oven for it. Just made our first wood fired pizzas, margherita style. Not bad for a first time, I believe.

So, the workload planned for the day is done after half a day, it’s NYE… Should we keep working with not much to really do but make upper-management happy (who isn’t here today), or tell the team to go on home and start he holiday now and not waste half the day trying to look active? 🤔
