What are Christmas songs that either 1) you believe are objectively among the best, or 2) are personally meaningful to you and you think they might also be somewhat meaningful to others? I would like to include you in my celebrations. Feel free to offer an explanation of your suggestion or not.

If I could remove one word from English, it would be 'just,' meaning only. 2/3 of the time I hear someone say negative things, or share an opinion that is patently absurd, they've used the word just in that way. It's not just a word. It's reductionist thinking that robs people of their dignity.

I'm hoping for this to be a place for me to be an unapologetically faithful person pursuing truth, beauty, and goodness in wisdom and love, and being appropriately critical of anything preventing human thriving. I intend to only connect myself here to people with whom that is a safe endeavor.
