I’m confused. I’m watching the first season of The Daily Life of the Immortal King, and the writing seems…off to me. Is it supposed to have taken such a massive shift in tone? Will this be explained in later seasons? There are five of them.

Can people who don’t enjoy a certain genre stop reviewing that genre? I’ve watched a few reviewers do this and they bash so hard on those genres. You are going in with a bias, and unless it’s vastly different compared to others in the genre, you aren’t going to like it.
