Gorse Sudden yellowness of gorse catches attention when hurrying passed. Splendid profusion on roadside banks of bracken golden as sunlight. Yet, we drive on by oblivious to beauty each in our own world. Sometimes, caught off guard shocked out of isolation, nature hits home hard.

Lonesome I'm a little lonesome all on my own beside grey waters that I now call home. No fish are jumping for as far as I see no mate to cuddle just lonesome me. Swans are in pairs and Mallards too but I just perch here thinking of you. Just a little lonesome a long way from home.
