I wish there were “Early Bird” Dance events and parties in Portland Oregon for gay men you could attend that happen from 6 PM to 10 PM. Just saying. Everything seems to start at 8 PM and go on til early in the AM.

Well men, vacation time is ovah! Time to get back to my old routine. Happy Saturday gents!

I’m pretty proud of my progress. It’s never going to be easy because I’m getting older and I’m a stress eater but I’m still driven to take better care of myself and be healthier.

Had a great day in the sun today. Time for the sunset.

I know I post way too many pictures of myself & I’m not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s taken me a really long time to be comfortable with who I am, mind, BODY & soul. I am the healthiest I’ve ever been as an adult. I’m only NOW able to see pictures of myself and say, WOW, just look at you! Bravo!

Sunset Sunday

Yep, it’s that time again. Sunset!

Being versatile again. 😘 Started raining out of the blue so I came back up to the house. Then it stopped and the sun came out again!

The sun came out to play!

Diehard beachcomber! 6:30 AM. 20 MPH winds. RAIN! 5 miles. I didn’t find much but it’s one of my favorite parts of the day.

Maximum sun has been achieved. Time for sunset.

Sunset time. There was an 8.1 high tide today so I had to move to higher ground no worries.

Throwback Thursday. Same beach, same man. Older & lighter. A1C & cholesterol are normal now so I’m totally off the pre-diabetes meds. Hoping to be as confident & uninhibited as all you other fellas that inspire me. As Whitney once said, LEARNING to love yourself, it is the greatest love of all.

Well it’s a cloudy cold Wednesday but I’m still hoping for the sun to show up.
