Last batch of photos from Sever Synth Fest. I left it at 2AM, spending almost 9 hours on the dance floor was exhausting but an amazing experience with a top-tier lineup. Now I have hundreds of photos and videos I don't know where to share lol. Might as well temporarily revive my Instagram account.

Currently visiting Liberec, CZ and having fun at Sever Synth Fest. Glad to see that industrial music scene is thriving not just in Germany. I doubt that you'll recognize those bands, but the first half of show was great and I'm having a blast.

40 years ago, I was really enjoying Little Computer People on C64, a progenitor to the Sims and other modern cosy-style games. Just really innovative and great fun. We somehow managed to kill our LCP due to a review version bug which, after a call with David Crane, was fixed!

December 1995 issue of PC Zone magazine is notable for many reasons. One of them is an infamous cover featuring Destruction Derby promo. The other is an article about how difficult it was to run Doom on PC hardware of the time. 60FPS in Doom became achievable only 2 years after its original release.

Battlefield 6 beta made me realize that I can't take seriously anymore MP games with only partial environment demolition. Playing it after The Finals with its total destruction just made me frustrated every time I used rocket launcher in BF6. It does look great overall, but gameplay is not for me.

I reinstalled Dawn of War - Soulstorm recently, and was disappointed to discover UI scaling issues. So when Relic announced Definitive Edition, I knew it was a sign. So far had a blast playing this masterpiece again at 4K/240FPS. Hope they'll continue updating it and add achievements and other stuff

I've never played F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin before, so I almost didn't believe my ears when I heard the guy saying this line.

I'm slightly late to the party, but I just played F.E.A.R. 2 for the first time. Not sure what happened, but gunplay (especially shotgun) feels significantly worse than in the original game. Not thrilled about the level design and plot either, it's so bland I'm not sure if I'll continue playing it.

Steam Fest is over, but I still have a few demos left! Eriksholm is a narrative stealth game with surprisingly stellar art direction. I like what they did with UE5, and gameplay is good too. I just couldn't skip a demo that promotes itself as a "pixel art S.T.A.L.K.E.R.". Scavland does hit home in terms of visuals and atmosphere, but UI/UX needs a lot of work. Another cool demo, METAL EDEN. It's a singleplayer sci-fi arena shooter with wall-running and jetpack. Feels very similar to Doom Eternal, altho with a more straightforward level design. Google Play keeps removing my review as "not relevant". I find it ridiculous that Google consider complaining about 30-second unskippable ad after 1-2 minute "lesson" to be some political/social commentary. Played Stellar Blade demo, and... I expected something completely different. I didn't enjoy the combat and exploration, and enemies respawn mechanics feel out of place here. It looks nice, but I found the narrative rather generic too. I love 3rd-person action games, but this game is just not for me.

With the recent update, Assassin's Creed Shadows finally got an option to change the time of day in photo mode. Sadly, no controls for weather conditions like rain and fog, but it's still a welcome addition. Makes it easier to compose a shot and appreciate visuals in this game. #VirtualPhotography

Reddit user u/WF72 shared a few screenshots from the original BioShock beta! Looks like these shots were taken from a September 2006 build, around a year before the release day. I hope they'll be able to share more, I love seeing such glimpses from early stages of game development. #PCGI #BioShock

SIRCAA has extended on top of it, mixing the old legacy and a new generation of Zone's research. I also helped with a cutscene that takes place inside the lab. #Stalker2

Got a physical copy of this game literally a few months ago. I was 100% sure it'll never be released on PC, let alone Steam. I hope they put at least some effort in port and it's not just an emulated ROM. In any case, I'm glad to see more old games becoming officially available on modern hardware.

Just installed Tales of Vesperia. It plays and looks a lot better than I expected, altho that aggressive permanent DOF is just weird. Combat is kinda clunky, but I'll try to get used to it. I played the other "Tales of" games only briefly, so Vesperia might be the first in the series I'll finish.

Spontaneously decided to play Assassin's Creed Shadows after putting it aside for over a month. While I have mixed feelings about the gameplay, I appreciate the tech advancements they've pushed. The implementation is not perfect, but this game can look really impressive at times #VirtualPhotography
