Just made a Malaysian style curry dish. Spicy!!! Basically a stack of healthy vegetables, stir fried with prawns. No rice or carbs. Had capsicum, onion, cabbage, pak choy, bok choy, scallions. Quite a spicy sauce, with some large prawns added at the last moment, and coconut milk.

This would be ideal behind the desk of power in the Oval Office.
