I’ve been implementing a home workout again every week and it feels so nice. Like I’m going back to my roots of how I started lifting, just raw body work & light dumbbells in a dim-lit room. Feels biblical.

Sometimes get sad talking to people at gym because they’re usually still stuck in the ‘im forcing myself & this is torture’ mindset instead of the ‘im having a good time yyiippii gains & dopamine’ mindset

The thing that made me like twitter was that there weren’t fitness influencers shilling their products on there since people would call out their BS 💀 all of my other social media algorithms only recommend me countless of fitness influencers that I don’t wanna see. Feels like a giant ad.
