JSC Kronstadt Marine Plant. Project 864 Vishnya-Class AGI ship SSV-175 "Viktor Leonov" repair/maintenance. The ship arrived in Kronstadt two months ago after completing its mission in the Mediterranean Sea. /Dec. 8/

As it turned out, that day marked the beginning of preparations for the Admiral Ushakov destroyer's flag-lowering ceremony, which took place a couple of days later(Dec. 6), thus decommissioning the ship from the Northern Fleet.
