Rudolf Wittkower had a 2nd major in archaeology at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Uni in Berlin (now Humboldt-Uni) when he defended his dissertation in art history in 1923 - as required of all art historians there at the time. Archaeology at the Humboldt-Uni has been *so* influential! Sign the petition!
