There is a new smell in the shop… 🍵✨ If you have visited recently, you might have noticed it straight away. That warm, comforting tea smell from our new display. We have just added a range of Dragonfly Tea, with plastic-free tea bags and beautifully blended flavours. 🌿

Our March top ten best sellers are here. 🌿📊 Great to see Hand Wash take the top spot, with some familiar favourites and a new entry from pecans. We have also compared refill hand wash prices with supermarkets. Refilling comes out cheapest, with less single-use plastic waste. 💚♻️

Our March photo review. 💚 A moment to look back on the shop this month. This time includes the Furry Friends Market, a visit from the RSPB, our new dishwasher in action, cleaned containers back for customers, and restocked shelves with Miniml, BUBS and more. ♻️

Behind the scenes of refill shopping in Sheffield ♻️ This is how our SESI refills arrive and are added to our dispenser system. Tubs are reused again and again to reduce waste. In March, the community added 614 SESI refills, bringing our 2026 total to 2600 items saved 🌍

We are open as normal this Bank Holiday weekend 💚 If you are heading out, it is a great time to support your local independents 🛍️ Every refill and every visit makes a real difference. Low-waste living can be simple, affordable, and part of your everyday routine 🌿

Refill shopping might be cheaper than you think 👀 After some temporary increases, we’re excited to share that some of our suppliers’ prices have dropped again. As always, we pass those savings straight on to you, and we expect more prices to fall as we restock.

THE VIRAL SWEET SENSATIONS ARE BACK 👀🍬 BUBS vegan sweets are back in our Sheffield refill shop. Soft foam texture, bold flavours, and plastic-free pick and mix. Choose strawberry and pomegranate, banana and caramel, or cola fizzy skulls. Refill in store or order local home delivery in paper bags.

We have a dishwasher again 🎉 Huge thanks to a very generous customer who donated to us 💚 We can now accept container donations again ♻️ and it makes cleaning our refill equipment much easier. Our donation scheme keeps containers in use for longer and reduces waste and emissions.

Six months with a “sustainable” electric toothbrush. Was it worth switching? I only changed because my dentist recommended it. When I needed a replacement, I chose one with an aluminium handle, recyclable brush heads, and plastic-free packaging. Not perfect. Still electronic, but more intentional.

We have finally finished the work outside the shop 🎨 October marked five years since we took over the space, which felt like the right moment for a little facelift. Inside, we installed a new liquid refill unit with clear signage and proper catch tubs. We really hope it makes refilling easier 💚
