I love an old-fashioned summer afternoon with a good book and a picnic lunch. I remember sitting on a quilt under an old apple tree in my childhood backyard with a library book for hours.

Walking on the Puget Sound waterfront this afternoon…so far, 5-miles.

Grey’s Anatomy Intern House I walked by this home this afternoon which fans of the series may recognize.

I've had every age appropriate vaccine there is and every Covid vaccine at 6-month intervals and have never had it, nor the flu, nor shingles.

I love Senator Schiff and Stephen Colbert. Two good men that provide so much to make this country a better place, despite the horrific era we're living in.

This is very disturbing. I'm glad that I live on the west coast where we take things like this seriously.

I purchased local Skagit valley honey at my neighborhood farmers market last week. The label says it is influenced by blackberries and it's great for a touch of sweetness to my vinaigrette salad dressing and the blackberry taste is very prevalent.
