I’m heartbroken to hear of the passing of my friend Chef Horoshiaki Inaji. (Akira Inaji). We first met when he was placed at my table at of all places Oktoberfest in Munich. We quickly became friends and I enjoyed several trips to his restaurant in Japan. I will forever miss my friend.
