Recovery is officially over and I’ve jumped right back into my weightlifting split this week. Last night I celebrated with my first cocktail in over a month and I am feeling so happy that I’m on the other side of this procedure. Thanks to everyone who kept me encouraged over the last six weeks 🥰

I wish it didn’t cost me an expensive surgical procedure to finally love myself in ways I never dreamed of, but happy that this was, in fact, the panacea I needed to oust my toxic self loathing.

Well, folks, this is me going into my fourth week of six for recovery. I figured I’d share this here since bluesky hasn’t seen any of my incisions yet, lol. Definitely feeling a bit too skinny without my usual gym routine, but we’ve only got two more weeks before I can get back to my programming!

Cleared to do legs again!!! Let’s gooooo!!!

I’ve lost some size and definition since my gyno surgery, but the freedom I feel to wear outfits like this is so incredibly life changing. 3 more weeks of recovery and then it’s back to the gym grind… but until then, I’m going to enjoy this new body that I’m unafraid of showing.

I’m so happy with my gyno results, but Christ almighty I miss lifting so fucking much. 5 more weeks to go 🥴
