I find it funny when nuclear reactors in games inexplicably generate power when IRL it's actually just transforming heat into energy via boiling water

I honestly can't name a single resource-generating mod that makes generating different types of things interesting and unique. Mystical Agriculture, Productive Bees, GeOres, making EVERYTHING is easily distilled down to "make Y that generates X, place Y, done" everytime with little mixup.
