It’s sour (bitter / Seville) orange season. This is caldillo de perro, a simple and delicious soup from Andalucía. Fish, olive oil, onion, garlic, water, sour orange juice, salt, bread crumbs.

The Teen makes exceptionally good improvisational soup.

Fennel, anchovy, orange, olive, pistachio, sherry vinegar, evoo, sea salt.
