My shoulder pain isn't as bad anymore, but it still clicks like hell.

Also I had 3 completely separate people I care about in the ER/hospital last night and I have been worried :(

My other shoulder is starting to hurt from compensating for my hurt shoulder. I'm scared that something is wrong with it too and I'll only be able to do activities that let my elbows stay by my side lol.

My emotions have been much stronger than usual lately and I don't like it.

I'll never forgive my "friend" who ditched me at a bar (without telling me she was leaving) because she didn't like that I was being hit on and she wasn't. She was the driver, she took all my stuff including my wallet so I couldn't get home via transit or taxi. I had to get a ride home from a rando.

Being alive is exhausting sometimes

Something I've really noticed since realizing I am autistic is that I cry a lot more. I let myself feel my strong emotions because that mask is off. I used to go YEARS, literal YEARS without crying and that includes happy tears too.

My shoulder hurts so much more in the evenings.

My rheumatologist is good for fibro and RA. That's it. Anything else I have is like talking to blank wall. I want to see an EDS doctor or someone that fucking understands me. I deserve to be seen as a whole, not just cherry picked problems.

It displays a lack of consideration for others outside of your personal bubble. Its not hard to be kind and considerate of others. If you see something you dont understand, ask, look it up, *learn* before you make an assumption that could be wildly inaccurate and harmful.

Mostly friendly reminder that if you do not understand the purpose/need for a device/invention. Its probably not for you. Its not a gotcha when you hop on the internet and call people using lid openers/sock pullers/etc "lazy". Those things were made to fulfill an actual need for other people.

I'm still feeling sick, and now Mike feels sick. So I think it's some sort of bug. Time to bundle up under all my soft blankets and eat soup.
