I think that I’m going to end up not sleeping this week Hopefully I can get to that point Friday night where the exhaustion status builds up enough to evolve into the sleep status

It is 80 degrees outside 79 degrees inside And someone made pasta sauce at 10pm while apparently using a pound of garlic and the smell has coated my skin So apparently I’m not sleeping tonight

This week was surprisingly stressful and tiring Thankfully it’s over and I can try to relax a bit for the weekend

For some reason I have been physically and mentally exhausted this week I think I’m getting enough sleep, I’m exercising some, drinking water, eating healthy foods, but I’m just exhausted
