When I get an income I think I might get a Radeon RX 6400, the only issue might be my case though cause I have an ATX mini tower so I might need to take measurements for GPU clearance?? I did consider the GTX 1650 but the pricing for it seems to be more expensive for what looks to be similar specs.

GPU Utilisation on this desktop is always between 70-100% when playing Minecraft on it, I suspect it's either from my second monitor or because maybe GNOME compositing? When I play on my laptop I've only got one screen hooked up to it instead of two so that's why it's lower there (about 50-60%)

Thing is? The network works just fine after startup, but restarting NetworkManager or suspending my session causes these problems to start happening. Based on what I've seen perhaps it might be something on the client side blocking/denying the DNS requests at the socket level?? But idk.

What a horrible night lol. Never looking into a "minor issue" ever again. This is a nasty rabbit hole and I genuinely cannot comprehend what's going on nor how to fix it, I'll just live with refreshing till hopefully a fix comes cause I'm done for the time being lol.

I'm having funky DNS issues. I can search up something and sometimes it goes "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." and the error code being dnsNotFound and then I try searching again and it works. I have default deny incoming and allow outgoing cause that's what I see recommended but yeah.

Steam Retroarch was giving me a headache so I just grabbed the Flatpak version instead cause the Steam version doesn't seem to have a way to download cores directly from the Internet lol
