2023 - Foxxo en el Oxxo I drew this one while I was visiting family down in Mexico after vacationing in Mazatlán. While I ate some excellent food there, I still found myself picking up snacks from nearby Oxxos nearly every day!

Starting off the year with a quick doodle made on this 1993 Quadra 840av I recently acquired, the most powerful of the 68k Macintoshes ever released! Mostly stock save for the Radius video card + ZuluSCSI for SD card + WiFi. Awaiting a 128MB RAM upgrade for some Photoshop shenanigans later!

2022 - Seabass fights crime by committing even worse crimes. I normally resist the temptation to fix old works, but the ugly pug-faced look I left him with in the original one has bothered me to no end. Considering this was intended as a reference, I feel that some minor tweaking is warranted.

After 5 years my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's screen finally died. There was no way I was gonna drop $200+ on a repair, so I did it myself. Sure the non-OEM (and non-OLED) screen has some visible bezel, my case no longer fits, and I'm sorting out some ghost touching, but I'm satisfied with the results!

Spent my Saturday wandering around VCF West and took a good number photos with my Mavica FD7. Unfortunately its floppy drive had head alignment issues and, while they read fine on the camera itself, a third of them come out corrupted when read from any other drive.

I tend to switch to my other hobbies when I'm artblocked for a long time, so I recapped + FRAM-modded my Model 1 Sega CD. It works, but I had to bodge D7 directly to BD7 on the Sega ASIC due to capacitor leakage eating the trace under the ferrite bead next to it.
